Delete your account

How to remove your Aure account and everything in it

From the app

Open Aure and sign in.
Go to Me → Privacy & account.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate. Your recordings, transcripts, notes, tasks, insight cards, questions to Aure, profile and card pairing are removed. Notes you shared into spaces or organisation units are removed too; summaries already generated for a unit are not rewritten. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Without the app

Email privacy@aurecard.com from the address you signed up with. We will confirm and delete within 7 days.

What we keep

Payment references for card reservations, for as long as tax law requires. Nothing else.
