Aure

Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Exercise Augmented Reality Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India ("Aure"). They cover the Aure apps, Aure for Mac and Chrome, the Aure card, and aurecard.com. By using Aure you agree to them.

1. The service

Aure records audio you choose to record, transcribes it, and writes notes and tasks from it. Transcripts and notes are produced by AI models and can contain mistakes. Check anything that matters, especially medical, legal or financial content, before relying on it. Aure is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your content

Your recordings, transcripts and notes are yours. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display them to you and to anyone you share them with. We do not use your content to train AI models. You must have the right to record what you record: follow the laws that apply where you are, tell people they are being recorded where required, and do not record anyone secretly.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Aure to break the law, to harass or surveil anyone, to record confidential proceedings you are not allowed to record, or to attack the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Organisations

If you use Aure as a member of an organisation, that organisation's administrator can see membership, assign units, and receive roll-ups of notes that members share into their unit. The organisation is responsible for telling its members what is shared. Leaving an organisation stops future sharing; it does not remove notes already shared.

6. The Aure card

Card reservations are taken through Razorpay and are refundable until the card ships. Cards carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Recordings on the card are deleted from the card only after our servers confirm they have been received.

7. Payment and plans

Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel from the app or the store you bought through, and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Taxes are included where the law requires.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Aure available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce what you paid for.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Aure is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Aure and delete your account at any time from the app. We may close accounts that breach these terms. Sections 3, 9 and 11 survive.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless consumer-protection law where you live gives you the right to a local forum.
